Lead the design assurance activities during delivery of a project, with emphasis on low-level design and test quality elements and produce Technical design and project gate deliverables (HLD, Technical Requirement Specification, Cost Model, Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Cases, LLD).Key Accountabilities:Provide product innovation & development scoping of Contact Centre solutions, especially during the later stages of design & development.Be subject matter expert (SME) for impact analysis with particular emphasis on product development, customer-lead initiatives and major infrastructure design or re-design.When required, support governance of non-standard customer solutions at pre-sales stage to ensure the proposed solution can be delivered and supported at the appropriate cost base.Provide insight into the strategy being pursued by Vodafone at customer meetings and communication events.Develop cross-product strategies to deliver common functions applicable to all CI products.Essential:Experience in design and deployment of large enterprise solutions, with deep experience in at least one of the following:o Cisco Contact Centre solutionso IVR solutionso Call Recording solutionsHigh knowledge in the use of virtualised platforms to deliver CI productsHands on skills on the above productsEffective at communicating technical information both in detail to fellow engineers and also to summarise at a high-level and put into business/financial context for less technical senior managersTechnical presentations and report writing, particularly adept at communicating complex technical information in an easy to comprehend mannerWhat is the key to our success?
