As our in-house Designer, you will create artwork that delivers cut through and brand consistency. You’ll provide creative thinking and design across a range of projects, from large flagship brand campaigns to smaller everyday jobs such as editing existing materials. You will be expected to deliver design across a range of mediums, channels and audiences, from printed fundraising appeals and policy reports, to digital content and experiential displays for events.You will champion brand consistency by inputting on projects where external creative agencies are used, and providing tools and training to help your colleagues produce on-brand communications independently.Our ideal candidate takes a proactive and collaborative approach with lots of creativity and innovation and excellent accuracy and attention to detail. We need someone who can work to a brief, is open to ideas and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment across a variety of creative and design projects.To excel in this role, you will need well developed interpersonal skills and a demonstrable ability to manage your time and meet deadlines.
