You will be responsible for the strategic and commercial approach and delivery for a number of FM services including conference services, hotel services, catering, cleaning, security, car parks and retail services. You will be taking a strategic look at the current models of delivery for the above FM services and look to develop a strategy that looks at customer satisfaction, customer service, income generation, diversification with a commercial approach to service delivery and income generation for the FM services. You will provide leadership to 3 Operational Managers for service delivery and act as a change champion with a large operational estates staff team to ensure the strategic plan is executed well to ensure a smooth transition in operational practices.You will have significant senior level experience in strategic and commercial lead soft services focused Director or Assistant director of FM. You will need experience in all of the above soft services and have proven experience in maximising revenue from services. You will need good commercial and financial acumen and worked with large soft services FM budgets. Operational experience in managing a large estates, people management, change management, experience of ensuring high quality service levels are met, experience of analysing facilities services and developing them, leading a senior leadership team, and a good problem solver.
